Wallace Building Contractors delivered the structural concrete package for the 212 Willis Street Apartments, an 11-storey residential development in the heart of Wellington.
Our scope included the construction of reinforced concrete shear walls and the installation of Interspan rib flooring systems throughout the building. These structural elements formed the backbone of the development, providing the strength, durability, and seismic resilience required for a modern multi-storey apartment building.
Constructed on a constrained inner-city site, the project required careful planning and coordination to maintain programme while delivering high-quality concrete construction. The completed development provides modern apartment living within Wellington's central city and contributes to the continued growth of the residential sector.
