Wallace Building Contractors delivered the concrete construction works for the redevelopment of 350 Oriental Parade, a premium waterfront residential project in one of Wellington's most sought-after locations.
The project involved the conversion of an existing building into two full-floor luxury apartments and a penthouse, together with significant structural upgrades and extensions. Our scope included concrete underpinning, new reinforced concrete foundation walls for garage areas, seismic strengthening works, and concrete construction associated with the rear extension.
Constructed on a constrained waterfront site, the project required careful planning and execution to integrate new structural elements within the existing building while maintaining the architectural vision of the redevelopment. The completed development transformed the property into a high-quality residential complex with exceptional views across Wellington Harbour.
