The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered the concrete works for the Bidfood Wellington Distribution Centre, a major logistics and warehousing development designed to support the region's growing distribution network.
The project comprised three buildings totalling approximately 8,000m², including cool store, dry store, truck dock, and office facilities, along with approximately 6,000m² of external concrete yard areas. Our scope included foundations, structural concrete works, internal floor slabs, and external hardstand areas, all delivered in coordination with a staged construction programme.
