The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered the concrete works for the new 2,200m² Briscoes retail store in Paraparaumu.
The project involved the construction of substantial reinforced concrete foundation beams designed to address challenging ground conditions across the site. Our scope also included the installation of large precast perimeter panels, including 22-tonne entry panels, and the formation of LESA construction joints within the floor slab system to ensure long-term durability and performance.
