The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered the concrete slabs and structural concrete walls for the Cerca Townhouses development, a 34-unit residential project in Newtown.
Constructed over two stages, the development comprised 22 townhouses across six blocks on a relatively flat site, followed by a further 12 townhouses across two blocks built into a challenging hillside environment. The second stage required anchored retaining walls, substantial footings, and carefully coordinated construction methodologies to accommodate the site's topography.
With all units sold prior to completion, the project was delivered on an accelerated programme to meet development timeframes and support the next stage of the developer's growth plans.
