Wallace Building Contractors completed the concrete trade works for the seismic strengthening upgrade of the Chorus Wellington South Exchange Building on Hall Avenue, Wellington, delivered for Naylor Love.
Our scope included structural concrete works to support the seismic strengthening of this critical telecommunications facility. Working within an existing operational building required careful planning, close coordination with other trades, and a strong focus on safety and quality to minimise disruption while maintaining programme requirements.
