Wallace Building Contractors delivered the concrete construction works for the new Crown Warehouse development in Porirua, a purpose-built storage and logistics facility designed to support Crown's growing operations in the Wellington region.
The development comprises a 3 storey modern warehouse, office, and operational storage facility designed to provide secure, efficient, and future-focused storage solutions. Our scope included the reinforced concrete foundations, floor slabs, and associated structural concrete works required to support the industrial facility and surrounding operational areas.
Constructed within Porirua's growing industrial precinct, the project was designed with a strong focus on durability, operational efficiency, and long-term performance. The facility forms part of a significant investment in the region and will support storage, logistics, and relocation services for many years to come.
