The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered both the concrete works and ComFlor flooring installation for the ESR Science Research Facility, a specialist laboratory development designed to support advanced scientific research and innovation.
Our scope included the construction of foundation beams, pad foundations, and structural concrete elements that formed the base of the facility. The project required approximately 500m³ of concrete within the foundation package and demanded careful coordination to support the subsequent structural steel and ComFlor floor installation.
