The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered the complete concrete package for the Block 3A redevelopment at Hutt Valley High School, including the full supply and installation of reinforcing steel, concrete, ComFlor flooring, precast stair supply, and cranage.
Our scope included reinforced concrete foundations, raft slabs, lift pit construction, ComFlor suspended floors, CHS column infills, concrete pumping, and the supply and installation of precast stair flights and landings. Wallace Building also managed all cranage associated with reinforcing, ComFlor, and precast elements, providing a complete end-to-end concrete solution for the project.
