Our involvement encompassed all aspects of the project, including site preparation, foundations, concrete works, building construction, office fit-out, and external works. The development was designed to provide a flexible combination of warehouse, office, and operational space suitable for a range of industrial and commercial activities.
Following completion of the base build, Wallace worked closely with the incoming tenant, Wrapt Ltd, to deliver a customised fit-out tailored to their operational requirements. The fit-out incorporated specialist warehouse, office, and staff facilities.
