The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors carried out seismic strengthening works to this existing Wellington building, including the construction of insitu concrete slabs and structural facade beams to suit the new curtain wall glazing required on the building.
Working within the constraints of an existing structure required careful planning and sequencing to ensure the strengthening works were completed safely and efficiently while working over a busy pedestrian walkway
