The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered the concrete construction works for Masina Apartments, a 72-unit residential development located in the heart of Newtown.
The building was designed with a highly functional mixed-use ground floor incorporating retail tenancies and car parking, requiring the construction of large-span in-situ concrete beams to create open, unobstructed spaces at ground level. Above, the development comprises three levels of apartments supported by reinforced concrete shear walls and Interspan flooring systems.
