The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered both the concrete and carpentry packages for the Nikau Junction Commercial Units, a modern commercial development serving the growing Kapiti Coast region.
Our scope included foundations, structural concrete works, precast concrete panel installation, and a comprehensive range of carpentry works across the development. The project incorporated approximately 200 precast concrete panels, requiring careful planning, coordination, and execution to achieve programme milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
