The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered the concrete structure and flooring systems for the Nouvo Apartments development, a substantial residential project comprising two five-storey apartment buildings and eleven two-storey townhouses.
The development created 44 apartments and 11 townhouses, providing high-quality residential accommodation overlooking the Basin Reserve. Our scope included the reinforced concrete construction works together with the installation of both Interspan and ComFlor flooring systems throughout the development.
The project required careful coordination across multiple building structures and residential typologies, delivering a combination of apartment and townhouse living within a single integrated development. The elevated location and prominent position overlooking one of Wellington's most recognisable landmarks further enhanced the appeal of the completed project.
