The Brief
Wallace Building Contractors delivered the civil and concrete works for the development of a large-scale industrial hardstand facility on Raiha Street in Porirua.
The project involved extensive site preparation, concrete retaining walls, and the construction of approximately 5,500m² of reinforced concrete hardstand designed to support heavy industrial operations. The works included the placement of approximately 1,200m³ of concrete across multiple pours, requiring careful planning, coordination, and programme management to meet demanding project timeframes.
